The concept for Buzz City Burgers was sparked deep inside Spectrum Center Charlotte in the summer of 2018 at a single fryer and flattop grill with chief proprietor Mitch Kupchak. Over the ensuing years, Kupchak has built Buzz City Burgers from a concept, into a burger grilling force that serves up the excellence that Charlottean fans deserve. A mix of outside influence and refinement from James Borrego (known for his special sauce) and hot streak and park style guru Terry Rozier as well as homegrown cooking from up and coming chefs LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges have the taste buds of North Carolina buzzing. It’s clear that Kupchak has built a burger franchise from the ground up that’s All-Star worthy and ready for expansion to courts near you.
